We appreciate differences in value stemming from neighborhood, location, quality, style, condition, age, setting – differences not easily keyed into a computer calculation.

Good & Company Realty brokers are independent contractors. For the most part, you work directly with your broker. However, we are a small office where everyone is aware of everyone else’s projects so we can seamlessly step in for each other, as needed. We have good front desk back up for research, document maintenance, scheduling, messaging – keeping the home fires burning.
